As of the second decade of November, sunflowers in Ukraine were harvested on an area of 4,947,000 hectares, 11,586,000 tons of seeds were threshed with a yield of 2.34 tons/ha.
So far, collection in Kherson and Kharkiv regions has not been completed. In these regions, 17 and 77% of the areas were collected, respectively.

✅The TOP 3 regions where more than a million tons of sunflowers were collected🌻 included:
🌻Dnipropetrovsk — 1 million 514 thousand tons with a yield of 2.8 tons/ha (harvested 694.4 thousand ha);
🌻Kirovohradsk — 1 million 440 thousand tons with a yield of 2.2 tons/ha (harvested on an area of 632.6 thousand hectares);
🌻Poltavska — 1 million 131 thousand tons with a yield of 2.8 tons/ha (crop harvested from 395.8 thousand ha).

✅ The highest average yield of sunflower in 2023 in the Ivano-Frankivsk region is 3.2 t/ha. But only 56.6 thousand tons are threshed here. And 17,700 ha of land was set aside for cultivation.
