According to the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, as of July 25, Ukraine harvested 19.248 million tons of grains and pulses from a total area of 4.786 million hectares.
The average yield is 4.0 t/ha.
The dynamics of harvesting by crops is as follows:
Wheat – 14.72 mln tons from 3.5 mln ha with a yield of 4.2 t/ha;
Barley – 3.87 mln tons from 1.02 mln ha with the yield of 3.8 t/ha;
Peas – 416.3 thou tons from 189.8 thou hectares with a yield of 2.2 t/ha;
Millet – 0.08 thsd tonnes from 0.05 thsd ha with a yield of 1.6 t/ha;
Other cereals and legumes – 240.2 thou tons from 73.5 thou hectares with a yield of 3.3 t/ha.
Harvesting of oilseeds
Rapeseed was threshed from 1.09 mln ha, harvested 3.08 mln tons with the yield of 2.8 t/ha.
The soybean harvest remained virtually unchanged over the week, with 0.2 thou hectares harvested and 0.3 thou tons of soybeans yielding 1.93 t/ha.
