✅Over the past week, Ukrainian farmers sowed 1,105.6 thousand hectares of grain and leguminous crops, including 1 million hectares of corn 🌽.
Among the leaders in terms of the area sown is Poltavshchyna, where 155.1 thousand ha were sown.
A total of 4,693,000 hectares of grain and leguminous crops have already been sown, in particular:
🌾 spring wheat – 256.9 thousand ha;
🌾spring barley – 759.6 thousand ha;
🌿peas – 132.7 thousand hectares;
🌿oats – 143.1 thousand hectares;
🌽corn – 3,266 thousand ha;
🍀 buckwheat – 43.3 thousand hectares;
🌿 millet – 24.7 thousand hectares;
🍀 other cereals and legumes – 66.6 thousand ha.
Sowing of sugar beets is coming to an end, so far it has been carried out on an area of 207.4 thousand ha.
🌻Sunflowers were sown on an area of 3,965.9 thousand hectares. Among the leaders for the past week were agricultural producers of Kirovohrad Oblast – 215,000 ha.
🌿 Soybean sowing was carried out on an area of 1,260.9 thousand hectares, the most in the last seven days in Zhytomyr region – 77.3 thousand hectares.
