Farmers in 12 oblasts have started harvesting corn, the highest yield in Sumy Oblast — 8.8 t/ha
✅As of the second half of September, farmers threshed 29.8 million tons of grain and legumes of the new crop. This is written by Kurkul.com with reference to the “Harvest Online 2023” map.
🚜The harvest of cereals and legumes was carried out on 68% of the area. The average yield in Ukraine is 4.36 t/ha. The largest harvest was threshed by the farmers of Odesa — 3.3 million tons, the highest yield among the farmers of Khmelnytskyi — 6.28 t/ha.
✅Agricultural producers in Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Kirovohrad and Khmelnytskyi threshed more than 2 million tons of grain crops.
In particular, the following are threshed:
🌾 wheat — 22.189 million tons from an area of 4.68 million hectares (101% to the forecast), average yield — 4.73 tons/ha;
🌾 barley — 5.86 million tons from an area of 1.5 million hectares (101%), yield — 3.9 tons/ha;
🌿 peas – 396.8 thousand tons from an area of 154.4 thousand hectares (103%), yield – 2.57 tons/ha;
🌿 buckwheat — 138.2 thousand tons from an area of 96.9 thousand hectares (69%), yield — 1.43 tons/ha;
🌿 millet — 125.3 thousand tons from an area of 58.6 thousand hectares (70%), yield — 2.14 tons/ha;
🌾 corn — 182.5 thousand tons from an area of 40.6 thousand hectares, yield — 4.49 tons/ha.
Corn harvest is carried out by farmers of 12 regions. The largest new crop was threshed in the Dnipro region, 42.47 thousand tons. The highest corn yield among agricultural producers:
• Sumshchyna — 8.8 t/ha;
• Zhytomyr Oblast — 7.3 t/ha;
• Vinnytsia — 7.23 t/ha.
Farmers collected 7.64 million tons of oil crops, of which:
🌿 rapeseed — 4 million tons from an area of 1.39 million hectares (98%), average yield — 2.87 tons/ha;
🌻 sunflower — 2.37 million tons from an area of 1.08 million hectares (22%), with a yield of 2.18 tons/ha;
🌿 soybeans — 1.27 million tons from 503.6 thousand ha (28%), yield — 2.52 tons/ha.
