Sowing 🚜 of winter crops in Ukraine has been completed in five regions: Volyn, Zakarpattia, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava region and Ivano-Frankivsk region.
This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy.

✅ 5.4 million hectares of winter crops have been sown in Ukraine and sowing continues.
As of the end of October, 4 million 211 thousand hectares have already been sown, namely: 🌾wheat – 3,733 thousand hectares, 🌾barley – 403 thousand hectares, 🌾rye – 76 thousand hectares. The increase in crops for the week amounted to 362 thousand hectares. Farmers of the Dnipropetrovsk region sowed the most winter cereals – 460.5 thousand hectares.

✅ This week, the agrarians of Ivano-Frankivsk region completely completed the sowing of winter crops. This is the fifth region in which the sowing campaign of winter crops has ended.💪

✅ Sowing of winter rapeseed has already been completed in all regions, 1 million 142 thousand hectares have been sown.
The largest amount is in Dnipropetrovsk region (125 thousand ha) and Odesa region (120.2 thousand ha).
