On April 15, 2024, a regular scheduled lesson was held at Agrotechnika LLC.

An interactive lecture on “Features of the work of the personnel service and personnel records management” from the EC “Personnel Management” for second-year students of Lesya Ukrainka National University, specialty 073 Management was held by Olena Fonotova, Head of the Department of Personnel Management and Business Process Automation of Agrotechnika LLC, and Tetiana Povkh, Head of the Personnel Management Department of Agidel LLC.
The specialists of the companies told the students in detail about the relevant aspects of HR, familiarized them with internal regulations, and explained how the rules and regulations defined in them work.
The students were most interested in information about the requirements for employees and opportunities for their development provided by Agrotechnika LLC, as well as approaches to the selection of candidates for vacant positions. Therefore, the company’s employees spoke in detail about potentially important managerial positions that are needed, invited students to do internships at the company, participate in competitions to fill vacant positions and internships.
