Chief technologist and head of both animal feed productions in “Agrotechnica” LLC which is included in the agro-industrial group “Pan Kurchak” is Polish. He has a European specialized education and experience in the relevant foreign enterprises. Polish specialist who understands the European standards and technologies recommended our foreign partners, told us the chairman of the supervisory board APG “Pan Kurchak” Sergiy Gorlach. As he said, the foreigner is almost 5 years in charge for the mixed fodder of European quality that is competitive in foreign markets.

Now the company looks for new specialists in relevant European universities. In particular, lead talks with Polish students of Warmia -Mazury University (Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurskiw Olsztynie), the Agricultural University (Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy we Wrocławiu) and the Main School of Agriculture (Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego). Also offer employment for Ukrainian youth who get higher education abroad.

Meanwhile, 6 young professionals last year received the first job at “Agrotechnica” LLC. Another 13 students of specialized national universities are ranked to the the personnel reserve of the company. All of them are potential employees can fill the vacant positions. And this year 20 Volyn citizens have got the new positions in the “Agrotechnica” LLC, said Sergiy Gorlach. He added that this was preceded by an increase in the production of ready products and expands of markets.

At the same time the company cares about its further development by investing in human resources. In particular, this year the budget for training specialists increased three times. Thus, employers will sponsor seminars, workshops, language courses to their specialists to be improved and introduced European practices in production. Because of this depends the quality and competitiveness of Volyn products in foreign market.
